Psychiatric Genetic Counseling Consultation Service
This service provides information and guidance about genetic testing, including support with testing decisions, interpretation of results, and personalized genetic counseling for individuals and families.

Daniel Moreno De Luca, MD, MS
Dr. Daniel Moreno De Luca is a child and adult psychiatrist, CASA Research Chair, and Associate Professor at the University of Alberta. He leads PRISMA’s clinical services at the East Edmonton Health Centre, focusing on genomics and precision medicine in autism and neurodevelopmental conditions..

Julia Heaton, MS
Julia is a genetic counselor with the Psychiatric Genetic Counseling Consultation Service at the East Edmonton Health Centre. She works closely with Dr. Moreno De Luca to support individuals and families in understanding genetic results and their implications for care.

Molly Goldman, MS, CGC
Molly is a genetic counselor who supports research and implementation science initiatives within PRISMA, helping integrate genomic knowledge into clinical care and healthcare systems.
